What We Offer

Competitive Salary: Start with a base salary of £40,170, with the potential to earn up to £52,000 through bonuses and overtime.

Guaranteed Overtime: Choose to work extra days at £30 per hour after your first month, giving you the flexibility to boost your earnings.

Work Schedule: Enjoy a 40-hour work week with core hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays.

Your Role in the SMR Division
As part of our fast-growing Service, Maintenance & Repair (SMR) division, you’ll enjoy:

Structured Work: No emergency callouts or unpredictable shifts. You’ll have a clear digital schedule with pre-booked jobs.
*
Quality Repairs: Perform routine servicing, diagnostics, and in-depth repairs, all while providing valuable advice to our members.
*
Supportive Environment: Work with a fully equipped RAC van, fuel card, uniform, and advanced diagnostics tools.
What You’ll Need
* Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent).
* Minimum 2 years’ experience as a vehicle technician working on light vehicles.
* A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.
