What you'll need to succeedThe ideal candidate will: Be able to work effectively on their own initiativeDemonstrate strong communication skillsHave practical maintenance abilitiesBring previous caretaking or general handyperson experience (ideal)Hold Legionella training (desirable)Have a joinery or wider maintenance background (desirable)Be proactive and reliable in their approach to work This is a temporary role.
