We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our growing team, focusing on the Temporary and Interim Office Support market. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a warm desk, working with established clients while continuing to build out your network in a fast paced, high demand space.

About the role
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant, you’ll be confident managing the full recruitment lifecycle while specialising in the interim and temporary Office Support market. You’ll build strong relationships with clients who require quick turnaround, high quality hires, and you’ll become a trusted partner in delivering flexible talent solutions.
What you’ll be doing
* Managing end to end recruitment across interim and temporary roles
* Sourcing and placing candidates into fast moving Office Support assignments
* Building strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates
* Taking job briefs and advising on hiring needs within the interim market
* Maintaining and developing a strong pipeline of immediately available talent
* Delivering a high quality, responsive candidate experience
* Leading client interactions and identifying opportunities for repeat and exclusive business
* Working towards and exceeding individual and team targets

* Experience in recruitment, ideally within temporary or interim markets
