We’re looking for Supply Teaching Assistants to join a newly opened, purpose-built specialist school that’s part of a forward-think and respected academy trust in Salisbury. This is your chance to make a real difference and be part of something inspiring.
About The Role:
As a key member of the support team, you’ll help students aged 4 - 19 reach their full potential in a safe, structured and nurturing environment. Working alongside teachers, therapists and specialist staff, you’ll provide personalised support that goes beyond the classroom.
Your impact will include:
* Supporting learning tailored to each student’s unique needs

* Collaborating on Individual Education Plans (IEPs)

What We’re Looking For:
* Experience working with children or vulnerable individuals
* SEN experience (especially with ASD or SEMH) is a strong advantage
* Patience, empathy and a team-first attitude
* A commitment to safeguarding and supporting every learner’s potential
* An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to get one)
