Key Qualifications :
• Payments, financial services or related industry background is preferred
• Ideally you will have some legal expertise
• You must have some experience of managing contract negotiation and management
• You must possess excellent communication skills
• Experience of managing projects and process management essential
• Fluent in English and preferably one additional language
Description :
• Manage NDAs between company and third parties
• Work with legal and prepare contracts for bank partners
• Ongoing management of questions and clarification to and from issuers
• Work with business partners to create and document new solutions (e.g., instructions, manuals, training materials, process/procedures)
• Work with business partners to monitor and support program improvements
• Provide regular pipeline updates to the wider Pay teams
• Support business partners with product/customer/market intelligence
• Potential to work with the business team to prepare performance reviews and regular business reviews with strategic partners
