The role:
This is a high-impact Senior Product Manager role focused on growth, acquisition and conversion.
You’ll own the digital onboarding journey from first interaction through to customer conversion, helping shape how new users discover the product, understand the value quickly, and move through the funnel with confidence. The remit sits with a dedicated web squad, and the brief is clear: drive meaningful improvements in conversion within the contract period.
This is a role for someone who enjoys working close to the commercial engine of a business — where product decisions directly influence pipeline, acquisition efficiency and growth.
What you’ll be doing:
* Owning and optimising the top-of-funnel digital journey
* Improving onboarding, engagement, conversion and funnel progression
* Leading product work for a dedicated web squad and presenting directly to clients
* Partnering closely with senior stakeholders on growth priorities and opportunities
* Using AI tools and modern product workflows to move faster and improve execution
What they’re looking for:
* A Senior PM with strong experience in growth-focused, customer-facing digital products
* Someone who understands acquisition, onboarding, proposition clarity and conversion levers
* Comfortable working in a high-visibility environment with senior leadership involvement
* Strong stakeholder management and sharp communication skills
* Already using AI tools in a meaningful way as part of product work
* Financial services experience is helpful, but not essential if the premium digital experience is strong
