Job Title: Production Manager
Location: Sheffield
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum + Excellent Company Pension (10% employer contribution, 5% employee contribution)

We are partnering with a leading manufacturing and fabrication company based in Sheffield. This company has a stellar reputation for investing heavily in state-of-the-art infrastructure and machinery. Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Production Manager with a strong background in fabrication and project management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading teams, managing production schedules, and ensuring high-quality outputs. This role will be instrumental in driving the company's continued growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily production activities, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
* Manage and mentor a team of production staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
* Develop and maintain production schedules, coordinating with other departments to ensure timely delivery of projects.
* Implement and monitor quality control standards to ensure all products meet industry and company standards.
* Drive initiatives for process improvements, cost reductions, and efficiency gains.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in a production management role, ideally within the fabrication or manufacturing sectors.
* Strong understanding of production processes and project management methodologies.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
