Senior AC Engineer Building Services Maintenance Up to 46k Overtime Vehicle Package We are recruiting for a growing organisation who are looking for a Senior AC Engineer to work in their Northern Service and Maintenance team, working alongside other specialist engineers in the Northwest along the M62 corridorand down into Staffordshire to maintain Air Conditioning Systems, VRV, VRF, AHU, Splits, Pumps etc. This role is a field-based role, covering sites across the Northern Region of the UK, various buildings including Care homes, Commercial Offices, High Rise Apartments. Performing PPM calls and repairs, there is an on-call rota 1 in 5 currently across the Northern Region which goes down to North of Birmingham but no lower. Senior AC Engineer - Package Salary up to £46k On call payment - £150 per week, 4 hrs paid per callout OT time half weekdays / Saturday, and double Sundays and BH Private Pension Healthcare Van Door to door paid Senior AC Engineer - Requirements Used to performing PPM and Repairs to various AC Systems - Essential Controls knowledge - Essential C&G or NVQ level2 or above trained Desirable Full Driving Licence Clean is Desirable CRB Checked Essential IT Skills and Report Writing - Essential This would suit someone who has worked within Building services, M&E, Construction, Industrial Maintenance, Facilities Management, Fire & Security or Hire organisation or within other industries.
