E&I Superintendent - Offshore
Location: Blyth,, UK Type: Contract Vacancy Pay:Competitive Rate Reference: 24-00026
We are currently seeking an experienced Offshore Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Superintendent to support our client’s defect workscopes on an offshore substation for a wind farm. This is a contract role with a minimum duration of 6 months, working on a 2-on/2-off rotation, you will mobilise from Port of Blyth by vessel.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and coordinate E&I teams, including subcontractors and vendors, offshore
* Ensure HUC works are delivered safely and in line with project plans and specifications
* Act as Authorised Person and oversee LOTO operations
* Review and approve work packs, job cards, and RAMS
* Prepare and maintain accurate daily progress reports and planning updates
* Support logistics coordination, work rescheduling, and progress tracking
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years’ offshore experience in a similar E&I supervisory role
* Minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering
* Valid GWOs, BOSIET/HUET, Chester Step, and UK Offshore Medical
* Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
