The basics
* Role: Special Needs Teaching Assistant supporting pupils aged 9-19 with Autism & Complex Needs in a Salford special school.
* Start date: ASAP.
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm.
* Long-term with potential to become permanent.
* Pay: £95-110 per day DOE, paid via PAYE (no umbrella companies).
* Equal pay to permanent staff after 12 weeks.

How you'll help
* Deliver tailored support to individuals and small groups.
* Assist pupils with social, emotional and behavioural needs, offering positive encouragement.

* Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCO, SLT, families and external professionals.
* Record and report behaviours, incidents and safeguarding concerns.
