About the role
This role is part of Turning Point Scotland’s Renfrewshire Learning Disability Services, delivering a Care at Home and Housing Support service. You will work with adults who have a wide range of support needs, either on an individual 1:1 basis or as part of a team, to help them achieve personal outcomes in daily life, including safety, meaningful activities, community involvement, physical health, relationships, and emotional wellbeing.
Contract & Hours
* Contract: Permanent
* Hours: Full time & part time available
* Location: Renfrewshire
Salary
* £24,242 – £25,264 (pro rata)
Responsibilities
* Provide practical and emotional support to individuals with learning and physical disabilities.
* Encourage and support individuals to achieve their own personal outcomes.
* Ensure person‑centred care by involving the individual, their family, health professionals, and advocacy services.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including social work, community learning disability teams, and housing associations.
* Assist in the implementation and review of personal life plans aligned with Keys to Life.
Requirements
* No previous working experience required – full training will be provided.
* IT skills are required for all vacancies.
* Successful candidates may need to register with the SSSC within 6 months of the start date.
