We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a EXPERIENCED GROUNDWORKER. We expect this person to have a minimum of 10 years experience for this role.
You will be responsible for ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standard. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving, contributing positively to our work environment.
Responsibilities
* Perform daily tasks as outlined in the job description, ensuring adherence to company standards.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and enhance productivity.
* Maintain accurate records of work completed and report any discrepancies or issues to management.
* Assist in training new staff members, sharing knowledge and best practices.
* Uphold health and safety regulations at all times, promoting a safe working environment.
* Engage in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting enhancements to processes where applicable.
Qualifications
* Experienced in all aspects of groundwork in the building trade.
* Previous experience is essential.
* Be able to run projects by your self or with other team members.
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
