What you’ll be doing:
1. You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of the store.
2. You’ll lead a small team of 4-6 staff members, managing and motivating them to deliver excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
3. You’ll offer honest advice, build rapport with customers, exceed their expectations, and assist them in their purchasing decisions.
What you’ll need - skills and experience:
1. Proven experience in leading a small team.
2. Managerial experience in retail or field sales, ideally in a hard goods environment.
3. Experience in achieving sales targets and KPIs.
4. Ability to motivate and develop your team.
5. Practical knowledge of our product range is desirable.
6. Confident, enthusiastic, and driven team player.
7. Commitment to personal and team development.
8. Strong skills in accuracy, numeracy, and basic computer literacy.
9. Desire to succeed both individually and as a team leader.
