About The Role As Deputy Manager it will be your role to provide support to the staff and people supported. You will take full responsibility for the development and implementation of systems and processes, to ensure they are able to provide the highest quality of care and support. You will also be required to work with the relevant governing bodies on new business opportunities for the service. Ideally you should hold a Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification. The Court is a residential, community-focused care home in Southend-on-Sea.
