Job Description
We are seeking an experienced transformation professional to join our Projects & Innovation function for a leading Law Firm, supporting a pipeline of exciting, firm-wide transformation initiatives across a wider professional services environment.This role is suited to a strong Business Analyst, Consultant, or Project Manager who is confident organising workstreams, scope, and delivery plans, and who brings the judgement, independence, and proactivity that comes with experience.This is not an early-career role. We are looking for someone who is comfortable taking ownership, driving clarity, and moving work forward without needing close direction.
The RoleYou will play a key role in shaping and delivering transformation initiatives, working closely with senior stakeholders and supporting governance forums including Steering Committees.
Responsibilities include:
* Owning and organising workstreams within larger transformation programmes
* Defining and managing scope, plans, dependencies, and delivery milestones
* Leading smaller initiatives independently from discovery through to implementation
* Supporting Steering Committee preparation, reporting, and decision-making
* Applying Lean Six Sigma and process improvement techniques to deliver measurable outcomes
* Conducting structured business analysis to identify improvement opportunities
* Working proactively with stakeholders across business and operational teams
* Using data and insight to track progress, benefits, and outcomes
* Acting as a trusted delivery partner within a professional services environment
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, or Consultant within professional services
* More than 4-6 years' experience - this role requires confidence, judgement, and independence
* Demonstrable experience organising workstreams, plans, and delivery activity
* Strong proactive mindset - someone who identifies what needs to be done and drives it forward
* Experience working with senior stakeholders and governance forums
* Lean Six Sigma experience (certification preferred, practical application essential)
* Comfortable operating in change and transformation environments
* Clear, confident communicator with strong organisational skills
