We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Store Colleagues in our pet care centres. Your role will be at the heart of ensuring customers have an outstanding experience, fostering loyalty to our brand.
Key responsibilities include exceeding customer expectations, upholding pet care standards, ensuring excellent operations, building strong customer relationships, and working within a target‑driven retail environment.
Responsibilities
* Provide personalized and attentive customer service, ensuring customers feel appreciated and understood.
* Support store operations, including early morning stock processing and deliveries.
* Engage customers through clear verbal and written communication.
* Address customer questions and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
* Help the store meet sales targets and support target‑focused initiatives.
* Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent service and achieve centre goals.
Qualifications
* Motivated and energetic with strong communication skills.
* Experience or willingness to learn in a retail or customer‑service setting.
* Availability for 3–4 days per week, including Tuesdays and weekends, with shift times from 7:00 am to 8:30 pm.
* Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays as required.
