Hours: Sundays only, 5 hours

Role overview: We’re seeking a motivated retail assistant to join our trading team. You’ll act as an ambassador for Cancer Research UK, taking responsibility for the shop on Sundays.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Overseeing the shop on Sundays, including keyholder duties (training provided) and supporting volunteers.
2. Assisting the team in achieving sales and fundraising targets.
3. Reviewing and processing donated goods and stock.
4. Generating new income ideas with guidance from the Shop Manager.
5. Providing excellent customer service to make supporters feel welcome.
6. Maintaining shop standards regarding safeguarding, compliance, and health and safety.
7. Performing manual handling and physical activities as part of daily duties.
