Product Executive – Insurance
Location: Hybrid – 1 day per week in East Grinstead, ideally suited to candidates based in London, Kent or Sussex

Our client is a long-standing, purpose-led membership organisation supporting people with lifestyle and travel-related services. They are now looking to appoint an Insurance Product Executive to join their growing team.
Overview
This role is within the Insurance & Financial Services function, focusing on the development, improvement, and oversight of member-facing insurance products, including travel, health, caravanning, and ferry insurance. You will serve as the internal expert, balancing technical accuracy with empathy for member needs.
You will collaborate across departments to ensure insurance products meet regulatory requirements, respond to member feedback, and remain competitive. Responsibilities also include supporting call centre queries (about 20% of your time), assisting with claims analysis, and maintaining clear and compliant documentation.
Key Requirements
* Strong understanding of insurance products—preferably travel, health, or niche cover
* Experience supporting regulated products (FCA knowledge a plus)
* Analytical skills with experience reviewing claims data, trends, and feedback
* Empathy-led, member-focused approach
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Organised, detail-oriented, confident in using tools like Google Workspace
* Experience in product support, technical customer service, or similar roles
