Role : Accounts and Administration Assistant 6 Month Fixed Term Contract April 2026 September 2026 (Maternity Cover) Hours : 24 hours per week - Flexible Core hours are 8.30am 16.00pm Salary : £28,000 - £32,000 (Pro Rata) additional benefits, use of onsite gym, canteen. Location : Commutable from Camberley, Frimley, Farnborough, Farnham and Aldershot. The role: As the Accounts and Administration Assistant you will ensure the financial needs of the business are met in a timely, methodical and efficient manner. Key responsibilities: Purchase Ledger entries and Purchase Ledger payments Export of sales data from internal system into Pegasus Opera Bank and credit card reconciliations Data Entry Other ad hoc tasks as requested. Administration support Support visitors on arrival to site. Manage and transfer internal and external incoming calls. Desirable skills required: Experience with Pegasus Opera or similar accounting packages - SAGE, SAP. Excellent attention to detail Articulate with efficient data entry skills. Ability to pick up systems and processes quickly and efficiently. High standard of communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience or an understanding of payroll to cover absence/holiday Fully committed to the full 6 months, covering maternity leave.
