As Senior Manager, Revenue Growth Management (RGM), you'll shape the thinking, capability and ways of working that will define RGM at McCain. Working across Retail, Foodservice and QSR, you'll influence the biggest commercial decisions we make - using data, insight and collaboration to unlock sustainable growth for one of the world's most trusted food brands.

1. Set the direction for pricing and promotional strategy across McCain, balancing growth, competitiveness and margin
2. Bring deep market and competitor insight to pricing, pack architecture and portfolio decisions
3. Turn customer, consumer and market data into clear commercial choices that accelerate growth
