About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Designer to take the lead on innovative spatial design, graphics, and art direction projects for some of the world’s most recognisable sports and luxury lifestyle brands. This role offers the opportunity to become part of one of London’s most forward-thinking design studios, contributing to consistently outstanding creative output.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the conceptualisation, design, development, and execution of projects for international blue-chip clients.
* Collaborate closely with a Design Director and Creative Director.
* Manage and mentor a Junior Designer while guiding small design teams of mid-weight and junior creatives.
Requirements
Essential:
* Minimum 7 years’ design industry experience with a strong portfolio showcasing spatial work.
* Proven ability to generate and communicate ideas clearly, both verbally and visually.
* Extensive experience in spatial design.
* Confident leading teams of creatives and working alongside strategists.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
* Strong presentation and communication skills.
* Genuine passion for high-end creativity and design.
* Keen interest in fashion, sportswear, art, and design.
* Based in the UK with indefinite leave to remain.
* Fully comfortable working in a studio environment five days a week (please note: no hybrid or remote options).
Desirable:
* Experience using Keynote.
* Understanding of digital design fundamentals.
