Client
An experienced Real Estate team acting for both lenders and borrowers, within a forward-thinking full service, leading UK law firm
Role
* Working on a wide range of high quality, complex real estate finance matters and transactions including secured lending transactions for banks and specialist lenders
* Supervising and managing less experienced team members
* Actively participating in business development
You
* Solicitor / FILEX / Licenced Conveyancer with 3-8+ years PQE
* Experience in commercial/residential property and desire to specialise in real estate finance
* Ambitious, driven and with strong attention to detail
