Legal Secretary – Employment Law | Bromsgrove | Regional Law Firm
A leading regional law firm, recognised in The Legal 500, is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join its Employment Law team. This permanent role is based in the Bromsgrove office, supporting a senior Employment Partner and working closely with colleagues across Birmingham, Worcester and Telford.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide secretarial support including audio typing, document preparation and correspondence
* Manage diaries, appointments and client communication
* Assist with file management, including opening, reviewing and closing files
* Maintain organised document storage and retrieval systems
* Liaise with clients on behalf of fee earners when needed
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a legal or professional services secretarial role
* Strong dictation and typing skills
* Excellent organisational and file management abilities
* Professional and client-focused approach
* Knowledge of employment law is beneficial but not essential
