Senior client analyst

Job Description

As a Senior Client Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering Sustainable Energy First’s first-class Validation and Client Analysis Service. You will drive strategic client engagement, query management and deliver accurate validation service.


Your primary responsibilities will include -

* Invoice Validation
* Client Management
* Sustainability
* Quality/Behaviours


You will work closely with the wider teams in the business to ensure the highest level of client analysis, demonstrating analytical expertise, stakeholder management and strategic insight.


Requirements

* Ability to analyse problems, situations and information, think laterally and present innovative and feasible solutions
* Ability to keep calm under pressure & multi-task effectively
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal
* Relationship Management skills to ensure high quality of service delivery and management of stakeholders
* Good planning and organisational skills

* Self-motivated with the initiative to learn and drive own development
* Commercial awareness and ability to influence key stakeholders’ decision making to drive revenue opportunities
