We are supporting a dynamic retail business based in North-West London with the search for an Interim Head of Legal to join a diversified, multinational organisation.
This is a six-month assignment requiring someone who is AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY. The opportunity offers a genuinely hands-on, high-impact role, with a requirement to be in the office five days a week.
Working closely with the Board, the Interim Head of Legal will play a key role in driving and supporting a range of strategic initiatives and business-critical projects. You’ll be operating at pace, juggling multiple priorities in parallel, and helping the business navigate complex legal and commercial challenges.
This opportunity is ideal for experienced of Legal with a broad skill set and a practical, proactive approach. Strong experience in M&A, corporate law, restructuring, and integration is essential. The role will suit someone who enjoys being close to the business, thrives in fast-moving environments, and can deliver clear, commercially-focused advice quickly while keeping risk firmly in view.
