We are seeking a passionate and creative Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)/Year 1 Teacher to join our dedicated team. Role Overview: As the teacher of our mixed Reception (EYFS) and Year 1 class, you will play a pivotal role in laying the foundations for learning, curiosity and confidence in our youngest pupils. You will create a stimulating and safe classroom environment where children feel valued, confident and eager to learn. Your responsibilities will include: Planning and delivering engaging, creative lessons tailored to individual needs. Creating a positive, inclusive learning environment that promotes curiosity and independence. Monitoring and assessing pupil progress, sharing feedback with families to support learning at home. Foster positive, trusting relationships with pupils, families and colleagues. Supporting pupils’ social and emotional development through care and effective communication. This is a full-time position to start either after February half-term or Easter 2026. Key Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience in teaching Early Years and/or Year 1. A passion for teaching and working with young children and helping them thrive Strong communication and teamwork skills.
