Reporting to ourGlobal Director of Internal Communications & EmployeeEngagement we are looking for someone to manage internalcommunications and employee engagement strategy and activities toensure our 2000 people globally are engaged inspired and connected.Youll be responsible for the development delivery and evaluation ofan integrated companywide communications and employee engagementstrategy that supports the global business strategy and effectivelyengages all our people. Youll be passionate about employeeengagement and able to demonstrate significant experience workingwith global stakeholders to develop creativecampaigns.
Your keyresponsibilities willinclude:
Developing and managing an internal communications strategy andplan which makes a real and tangible impact in the way wecommunicate engage our people and drive businessperformance
Empowering teams and managers toimprove their communication across channels and createopportunities to collaborate
Planning editingand developing relevant content and messaging for a variety ofcommunication campaigns that our people will understand findinsightful engaging and inspires them to getinvolved
Advising the senior leadership teamrepresenting the views of our people providing best practice andrecommendations on initiatives to increase visibility and trustPlanning and executing events that increase engagement and twowayinteraction between leaders management and ourpeople
Championing internal communications andemployee engagement and promoting best practices across theorganisation to quantify its value and the commercial impact to theorganisation
Reporting on the effectiveness andperformance of activities including the analysis of results and theidentification of learnings to improve ongoing performanceOverseeing the quality of employee data and determining the bestuse of channels and methods to reach our peopleglobally
Working closely with the marketingmedia and PR teams to translate external messaginginternally
Being a key member of the teamresponsible for internal communications during acrisis
Being Collinsons roving reporter with aneye for a story and a desire to share these stories with our peopleglobally in an engaging and timely manner
Driving our digital and innovation agenda consistently looking foropportunities to inspire and engage ourpeople
Knowledge skills andexperience required
Provenability to convert communication strategy and knowledge intocreative integrated and targeted communication plans to supportbusiness objectives
A trackrecord of developingand delivering global internal communications strategy andinitiatives within a complex matrix environment
Significant experience designing and implementing communicationscampaigns and employee engagement initiatives across a broad rangeof channels both on and offline (experience using WorkplaceSharePoint and Office365 would be a significantadvantage)
Experience delivering high qualityand engaging communications campaigns and initiatives that bring anorganisations purpose values and behaviours tolife
Experience managing internal communicationsthrough organisational change and transformationprojects
Excellent writing and editorial skillswith the ability to tell a compelling story
Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to workto strict deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneouslywithin a dynamic business
Excellent stakeholderengagement and relationship management skills
Proactive assertive and ability to useinitiative
Ability to work strategically andhands on with desire to find solutions
