Your new companyA forward thinking, industry leading business based in Milton Keynes who are on a significant transformation journey.Your new roleWe're looking for an experienced Technical Programme Manager to lead the final implementation phase of a major infrastructure modernisation programme. This is a hands-on leadership role, overseeing critical technical workstreams and driving delivery across both internal teams and external suppliers.
* Own and drive the final delivery phase of a large-scale infrastructure transformation programme
* Oversee key projects including:
* Windows 11 upgrade
* Printer services overhaul
* Data centre decommissioning
* Lead cross-functional teams and manage third-party suppliers to ensure milestones are met
* Work closely with the Head of Change to align programme delivery with business objectives
* Proactively identify risks, manage dependencies, and ensure smooth execution across workstreams
What you'll need to succeed
* Proven experience delivering complex, large-scale technical infrastructure programmes
* Strong track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams and external vendors
* Ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Comfortable working 2-3 days onsite in Milton Keynes
