Fareham Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) are looking for a Mental Health Support Worker to join our busy team. Working alongside members of the multidisciplinary team, you will prove holistic, person centred care for people with severe and enduring mental illnesses. We work with adults aged 18 and over and support people to live full and meaningful lives as independently as possible in their community.
We will strive to prevent mental health crisis and ensure that anyone in need has access to the right care at the right time in their own community.
This is a varied role and applicants will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, person-centred approaches to care and utmost respect and compassion for the people we serve. You will work as part of a large team of multi skilled, experienced colleagues who will be able to support to deliver safe and effective care. Opportunities for training and development are encouraged and offered within the team.
Car driver is essential and access to a car within working hours. Ideally full time post however part time or flexible working requests can be considered.
