The Role
To take responsibility for ensuring that all materials and tooling for Service Orders and Operations at the work enablement phase are identified, kitted, and available to allow work to be passed to production. This role will coordinate and work collaboratively with logistics and supply chain teams, to a daily schedule, to ensure that work is prepared and ready in sufficient time for the current scheduled start date and priorities defined by the Work Management Tool.
Role Responsibilities:

* Be responsible for enablement checks to ensure the right materials and tooling are assigned to work orders and operations to allow first-time execution of work.
* Be accountable for the prompt resolution of material and tooling issues through the use of the Work Management Tool and associated processes, as per planning guides and WOW BMS document.
* Be responsible for kitting materials to Service orders in the lay-apart areas so materials are on hand, and for ensuring the delivery of Service Orders and Operations materials to the receipt and dispatch area of the project.
* Work collaboratively with Supply Chain and Asset Management teams to assist in the provision of MSM and arrange collection from the ship and MOD stores, and for kitting MSM as part of the work enablement process.
* Maintain and monitor both the consumable containers and line-side feeds.
* Collaborate with Production Planners and supply chain teams by completing material usage reviews and ensuring follow-up actions are completed, updating Planning task lists in conjunction with Production Planners to identify lessons learned for future projects.
* Work with other stakeholders such as logistics to improve material provision and recommend adjustments to Min/Max stock levels to ensure materials are always available.

Previous experience with inventory management would be ideal.
Security Requirements: SC & ITAR
This role requires full Security Clearance (SC) prior to working onsite. You will need to obtain a BPSS check as part of this process. You must currently hold, be eligible, and willing to obtain SC. The role involves access to ITAR Material, which has restrictions. If unsure about eligibility, please contact us to discuss.
The quoted rate is the Gross Umbrella rate (total cost paid to the Umbrella Company, including all employment costs). The net rate paid by the Umbrella will be less, as will rates via Limited Deemed or Agency PAYE. Please contact us to discuss rates through these different payment methods.
