Sitting within Group Marketing and reporting to the Head of Insights, this brand-new role offers ownership, visibility, and the chance to shape how the business understands and acts on customer insight!
THE ROLE
As Senior Insight Manager, you’ll be the voice of the customer; driving deep, actionable insights across brand, customer experience, and proposition development. Working cross-functionally, you’ll help embed a stronger marketing and customer focus into a traditionally product-led business. You’ll lead on:
1. Designing and delivering customer and market research (quantitative and qualitative)
2. Running surveys, focus groups, and managing external research partners
3. Driving segmentation work and championing the use of insight across the business
4. Storytelling with data; bringing insights to life for senior stakeholders
