Careers and Progression Advisor for Inclusion
Based at Tameside College, Ashton‑Under‑Lyne, Greater Manchester.
Responsibilities
* Provide effective and high‑quality careers information, advice and guidance to learners across the college in accordance with the college’s careers guidance strategy.
* Work alongside the wider Careers and Progression Team and collaborate closely with teaching and support staff to develop students’ careers and progression.
* Focus on students with support needs such as those with EHCPs and address any Careers IAG needs from other students on a daily basis.

Qualifications and Requirements
* Flexibility and a motivated approach to providing careers guidance and support.
* Recent experience of delivering information, advice and guidance to learners.
* Up‑to‑date knowledge of careers frameworks and support.
* Level 6 or above qualification in Careers Guidance.
* Experience with young people who have barriers to learning and progression.
