Salary: £12.34phr
Hours: 36 or 48hrs per week 07.00-19.00pm - alternate weekends

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high‑quality care to older residents, including those with dementia
* Lead and support care staff, ensuring standards are met
* Contribute to care planning and medication administration (training available)
* Maintain confidentiality and uphold health and safety standards
* Provide cover for other senior staff when needed
Requirements
* NVQ/Diploma Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it)
* Experience in elderly care and care planning
* Strong communication, organisation, and time management skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Kind, caring, adaptable, and trustworthy
* Basic first aid and health & safety awareness
