About the Role Academics are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Autism Specialist Teaching Assistant to join a specialist provision in Tunbridge Wells. This role is ideal for a skilled professional with a strong background in supporting children and young people with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), including those with complex needs. You will work closely with class teachers, SENCOs, therapists, and families to support pupils' learning, communication, emotional regulation, and independence within a nurturing and structured environment.
