Job Title: Business Development Manager Location: Remote Salary: £40,000 base with £50,000 OTE (uncapped commission) WRK digital is proud to be partnering exclusively with an expanding Proptech leader providing technology to estate agents, so they can offer, manage and control their own online auction service for their buyers and sellers. The BDM role plays an intrinsic part in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive company growth. Working closely with the CEO and the CTO, the Business Development Manager is responsible for prospecting, sourcing and building new relationships with estate agents in order to win new business contracts and also upselling new tech products to our existing customers. This role is paying up to £40,000 per annum and offers a great opportunity to grow with the business. OTE will be £50,000 per annum with uncapped commission and an option for a car or car allowance. Key Experience: Interest and experience working in the property and technology sector is desirable. 3-6 years experience in a Business Development role ideally in a b2b market. Excellent communication & time management skills and the ability to multi-task. A proactive approach to your work which results in excellent customer relations Excellent IT skills including in Excel and Powerpoint. Experience with Canva and Hubspot would be desirable.
