About Hyatt Regency London – The Churchill

Duties and responsibilities related to the Waiter/ess - Regency Club role
1. Provide an exceptional and personalised service experience to all guests in the Regency Club ensuring every interaction is warm, welcoming, andprofessional.
2. Set up and maintain beverage stations, including coffee, tea, and other refreshments typically offered in the lounge.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the area, ensuring a seamless and elegant environment for guests.
4. Recognize regular guests and customize service according to their preferences, enhancing their lounge experience.
5. Report shortages or replenish stock for food, beverages, and supplies in the lounge.
6. Anticipate guest needs and always aim to exceed expectations.
About You
Previous experience in a similar role within the premium hospitality segment is preferred. You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to anticipate guest needs and go above and beyond to create memorable experiences.
