Due to continued growth, the firm are launching a brand new office this summer, this highly regarded Legal 500 firm is seeking an experienced and technically proficient Private Client Solicitor to develop its Tax and Estate Planning services in the region.
This opportunity for a private client specialist to grow alongside the firm with a high quality offering in a desirable coastal location, supported by the firm's established Private Client team and extensive infrastructure.

The Role
* Lead the development of the firm's Tax and Estate Planning offering in Bournemouth, with operational and supervisory support from the team based in Southampton.
* Managing a varied and high level private client caseload, including estate and trust administration, will drafting, post-death planning, powers of attorney, and complex trust work. It also requires providing expert advice on inheritance tax and capital gains tax planning.
* Supervise and mentor junior fee earners as the office expands.
* Actively engage in business development and networking to build strong local relationships with clients, referrers, and intermediaries.
The Ideal Candidate
* A qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' PQE in private client law, ideally with experience across all key areas of tax and estate planning.
* Strong technical expertise in wills, LPAs, trust law, inheritance tax, and capital gains tax.
* STEP qualified or working towards qualification.
* Demonstrates excellent drafting, interpersonal, and client care skills.
* Commercially minded, proactive, and solutions-focused.
* Previous supervisory experience and a local network would be advantageous but are not essential.
