Account Performance and Growth Director
Location: London, WC2H 8NU – Full time
Key Responsibilities
* UK Operational Leadership
o Lead daily operations for all UK sites, ensuring high standards across engineering, catering, soft services, helpdesk, and workplace experience.
o Act as the senior onsite leader, maintaining strong and trusted relationships with UK client stakeholders.
o Ensure compliance with all contractual requirements, KPIs, SLAs, governance standards, and safety expectations.
o Deliver operational resilience, resource planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Strategic Client Partnership
o Serve as the primary partner to senior stakeholders.
o Identify proactive solutions aligned with the client’s evolving workplace and production needs.
o Shape and deliver the UK account strategy in line with both client priorities and Sodexo’s growth ambitions.
o Hold full P&L accountability for the UK account, ensuring accurate forecasting and margin delivery.
o Drive efficiencies and value across the contract.
o Support commercial negotiations and service evolution discussions.
o Identify, assess, and secure organic growth opportunities within the UK.
o Build compelling business cases for expansion with global and regional stakeholders.
o Lead bid development, solution design, and pricing in collaboration with Sodexo growth teams.
* International Expansion Leadership (Future Scope)
o Lead mobilisation and operational setup in new countries across clients’ footprint.
o Build teams, governance structures, service frameworks, and compliance systems internationally.
o Create a scalable, consistent multi‑country operating model.
o Serve as the senior international point of contact for the expanded partnership.
o Lead and develop a multidisciplinary UK team across technical services, soft services, catering, guest services, and performance management.
o Build a high‑performance, collaborative, inclusive culture.
o Strengthen succession planning and future leadership capability in preparation for international expansion.
What we’re looking for
* Essential Experience & Skills
o Senior leadership experience in integrated FM and/or catering operations.
o Proven operational delivery in complex, fast‑paced environments.
o Demonstrated commercial and growth experience, with strong client value creation.
o Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior levels.
o Experience leading cross‑functional teams.
o Strong financial acumen with full P&L ownership.
o Experience in large‑scale mobilisation or similar operational deployments.
o Experience within media, entertainment, or creative industries.
o International operations or multi‑country governance exposure.
o Experience designing scalable operating models or leading major transformations.
