Regional Sales Manager – East Midlands (England)

Field-Based | Vacuum Solutions | Blue-Chip Manufacturing Accounts

We are delighted to be partnering with a market-leading designer and manufacturer of vacuum solutions to appoint a Regional Sales Manager covering the East Midlands region.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected organisation at the forefront of engineered vacuum technology, supporting some of the UK’s most recognised manufacturing businesses.

The Opportunity

The successful candidate will inherit a well-established and high-performing customer base across blue-chip manufacturing and industrial sectors, with a clear remit to:

• Deliver continued growth through strategic key account development

• Build long-term relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers

• Identify opportunities to expand solution adoption within existing accounts

• Drive new business acquisition across the region through a consultative approach

• Represent the business as a trusted partner in high-value technical environments

Candidate Profile

We are seeking a high-calibre sales professional with:

• Proven success in B2B technical or industrial sales

• Strong experience managing and developing key accounts

• A consultative, solutions-led approach to customer engagement

• The drive to develop new opportunities and grow market share

• A professional, credible presence within manufacturing environments

Experience in vacuum technology, engineered systems, or capital equipment is advantageous, though not essential.
