This opportunity has arisen due to the increased volume of work at the site, and we are looking for a dedicated individual who is keen to earn well and thrive in a fast-paced, busy environment. Free life assurance (x2 your basic salary) Colleague-only vehicle-leasing schemes A Benefits App giving a huge range of retailer discounts and cashback deals A variety of well-being services (incl. 24/7 GP service, mental health support and physiotherapy Health Cash Plan, Dental Plan & Travel Insurance) share scheme Role Overview – Multiskilled Bodyshop Technician Prepare vehicles (masking, sanding), mix and match colours, operate spray booths, and assess finish quality to factory standards Remove and replace damaged panels, straighten bodywork, fit new parts, and follow manufacturer repair methods Handle minor mechanical and electrical repairs, plus interior trim work, often within main dealer environments Follow technical bulletins, chassis repair guidelines, and ensure all repairs are consistent with specifications Manage workloads, schedule tasks to meet agreed timeframes, and order parts efficiently to avoid delays Requirements – Multiskilled Bodyshop Technician Previous experience working as a MET Technician, Bodyshop Technician, Body Fitter, Bodyshop Mechanic, Mechanic, Vehicle Technician, Stripper or Fitter Ideally qualified to IMI, NVQ or City & Guilds Level 2 or 3 (or equivalent) Full UK driving licence.
