We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Housing Officer to work with a leading housing association in the Small Heath area supporting clients experiencing homelessness, mental health, and substance misuse.

This is a temporary role which could lead to a permanent role for the right candidate, offering a competitive hourly rate of £15.38 - £16.41 and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
Contract: Temp to perm

Location: Birmingham West Bromwich

About the Role
As a Housing Officer, you will manage a mobile patch delivering a high-quality housing management service. You will support tenants from move-in to move-out, ensuring properties are safe, compliant, and well-managed.
Key duties include managing rent accounts and arrears, reducing voids, handling anti-social behaviour and tenancy breaches, conducting property inspections, and working with internal teams and external partners to sustain tenancies and communities.
