Customer service centre maintenance planners

Your typical day as an Maintenance Planner:

Our Customer Service Centre Maintenance Planners are the heart of our planning operation for our field based Installation Technicians. No two days are the same! You'll act as a first point of contact for Innserve's colleagues and customers, planning and scheduling daily activities for our installations and maintenance teams. You'll take the lead in building strong relationships with customers, supporting them with outstanding customer care. Ensuring our teams work to agreed timescales, you'll be using a range of innovative tech to help you do this. You'll collaborate with a people across the business and your suggestions to improve any processes are encouraged and welcomed. These are hybrid roles, which attract an unsociability premium payment. For these, shifts are: 6 week rolling flexi shift pattern of 5x 7.5 hour shifts per week. Your earliest start would be 8am and latest finish 8pm, with some weekends.
