This long established regional firm with offices across Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire, Yorkshire and Cambridgeshire has a new vacancy for a residential property team leader to join their Lincoln office.
You will work in a busy residential conveyancing department and be responsible for managing and/or supporting the team's full and varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to post completion. You will have a comprehensive knowledge of the Law Society's Conveyancing Protocol, with experience of working within the CQS framework. The caseload will encompass:
You will be able to demonstrate strong commercial awareness and acumen to both manage your own caseload and the team. You will develop your own portfolio of clients and referrers and previous managerial and business development skills are essential.
