A role you will love
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic, UX Designer to support the design team, in creating user-centered digital products and experiences.
You will work closely with senior designers to conduct research, create wireframes and prototypes. Your role will involve contributing to the overall design process, all while gaining valuable experience to grow into the role and beyond.
Other key responsibilities:
• Designing responsive web and app interfaces for complex financial products used by Computershare clients
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Developers and Business Analysts
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of Design System using Figma and Zeroheight
• Supporting UX research activities: conducting user interviews, analysing data, and presenting findings
• Mapping out user journeys, flows, and wireframes using UX best practices
• Participating in UX reviews, workshops, and design critiques
• Testing and validating designs though usability testing and user feedback
What will you bring to the role
We're looking for an enthusiastic, driven and passionate individual who has can put their learnings of UX design principles, methodologies into best practice. You will be able to successfully leverage your expertise in interaction design, visual design, and usability testing to create compelling experiences that meet both user needs and business objectives, ultimately driving the success and growth of the product.
Some other key skills you'll have:
• Basic understanding of UX/UI design principles
• Familiarity with user research techniques, wireframing, prototyping and usability testing
• Design tool skills – Figma, Miro
• Stakeholder engagement
• Willingness to learn and contribute to the team
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
