About the RoleAre you a conveyancing professional looking for your next career move in a supportive, forward-thinking environment?We're seeking an experienced Legal Advisor to manage a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion. What You'll Be Doing Managing your own caseload of sale and purchase matters Advising clients on legal issues related to property transactions Carrying out title checks, raising enquiries, and resolving complex issues Liaising with mortgage lenders, brokers, agents and other parties involved Drafting and sending contract packs and completion statements Reviewing and signing off files for exchange and completion Handling indemnity policies and reporting to lenders Using a case management system to progress matters efficiently* Keeping up to date with legislation and sharing knowledge with colleagues
What We're Looking For Minimum 2-3 years' experience in residential conveyancing Confident handling a varied caseload with minimal supervision Comfortable working across all stages of a transaction Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Excellent written and verbal communication Positive, proactive approach to client care and teamwork Familiarity with case management systems A willingness to learn and contribute to team development
