Receptionist – Bupa Dental Care Sale Moor
We are excited to be recruiting a Receptionist to join our amazing team at Bupa Dental Care Sale Moor, led by Practice Manager Alexandra Fox.
This is a full-time role (40 hours per week), Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm.
About the role:
As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll provide a warm and professional welcome, ensuring every visit is a positive experience. Customer-facing or patient-facing experience is essential, as you’ll be supporting patients throughout their journey with us.

Bupa Dental Care Sale Moor is a friendly, modern practice located right in the heart of Sale Moor village. The practice is easily accessible by public transport and surrounded by local shops, cafés, and amenities, making it a convenient and vibrant place to work.

Receptionist role and responsibilities
5. Meeting and greeting patients, providing a great first impression and patient journey
6. Booking and amending appointments, answering the phone, updating patient records
7. Co-ordinating the care packages for our patients that has been provided by our clinicians
8. Confident in promoting and upselling Bupa Dental Care products and services including Plan options, Finance and Insurance claims
9. Excellent customer service skills face to face, telephone and via email
10. Supporting the Practice Manager and clinical team with the smooth running of the practice
11. Handling payments
12. Accessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentiality
Your skills and experience
13. Ability to be positive and professional in a fast-paced environment
14. Previous administration or receptionist experience, preferably within a healthcare setting
15. Strong communication skills face to face, via telephone and email
16. Proficient with Microsoft Word and Outlook with overall strong organisation skills
17. Previous experience with promoting company products and services
18. Preferred Dentally experience
