What you'll do
* Lead and motivate team of Front of House and Housekeeping to ensure outstanding service and compliance with brand standards
* Work with the team to manage daily operations within the hotel, including bar and kitchen, to keep the UK’s number one
* Understand the bigger picture and spot commercial opportunities
* Ensure health and safety standards are met throughout the hotel and maintain high‑quality standards
What you'll need
* Previous management experience in hospitality or similar environment
* Strong leadership skills with passion for customer service
* Excellent team management and communication skills, warm genuine approach to people, capacity to engender trust
* Commitment to safety and maintaining high standards of service
