Hygiene Compliance Cleaning Operative
Reports To: Compliance Supervisor
Location: Midlands/Leicester - Must have a Full UK Driving Licence
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 10-hour night shifts

The company specializes in ventilation and grease hygiene services, including TR19 Grease Compliance Cleaning, serving the public sector, utility companies, and commercial clients. Responsibilities
* Complete Environmental Hygiene Cleaning Contracts on time, to standard, and to customer satisfaction.
* Main tasks include:
* General Ventilation Cleaning
* Kitchen Extract Fire Safety Cleaning
Key Performance Indicators
* Maintain 100% attendance
* Avoid aborted calls unless outside influence
* Work safely to prevent RIDDOR incidents
* Avoid vehicle accidents if designated driver
Job Specific Functions
* Follow all Health and Safety Regulations, including chemical storage and PPE use
* Perform work according to standards and training
* Represent the company professionally on site
* Assist in on-the-job training for new staff
* Coordinate with the Compliance Supervisor for daily priorities and issues
* Maintain equipment in good condition and report damages or deficiencies
* Adhere to the Company Code of Conduct at all times
