A new opportunity has arisen for a German-speaking Account Executive to join a small team. We are seeking candidates who are fluent in German to work within a busy role, where you will be the first point of contact for their EU customer base. The role will require you to liaise with customers by telephone and email to support with various queries regarding their sales orders. As a German-speaking Account Executive, you must be prepared to attend some trade shows within Europe throughout the year.
Job Description for the German-speaking Account Executive:
Be the first point of contact for their EU customer base
Answer queries from customers by telephone and email regarding various orders
Respond to new customer registrations
Provide quotes to customers to convert new enquiries into sales orders
Make outgoing calls to the existing customer base
Regularly update the CRM database – raising orders and sending invoices to customers
Translate documents and support with marketing activities
Attend trade shows throughout the year with overnight stays required Candidate requirements for the German-speaking Account Executive role:
Must be fluent in German – written and spoken
Previous customer service and administration experience within a B2B environment
Excellent communication and organisation skills
Must be sales-focused
Be able to work independently and work to deadlines
Willingness to undertake training to be able to grow with the team
Excellent IT skills – experience using a CRM system Hours: Monday – Thursday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, Friday 9:00 am – 4:00 pm
Salary: £26,000 Per Annum + bonus after probationary period
