What you’ll be doing Insurance & Wealth supports around 10 million customers with their long&8209;term protection, retirement and investment needs. We manage £155bn of assets and pay over £1bn in annuities each year. Our Workplace Savings business is growing, and the Bid Team plays a critical role in winning and retaining employer clients. As a Bid Coordinator, you’ll be part of the IP&I Bid Team, helping us deliver high&8209;quality, compliant responses to surveys, RFPs and proposals. You’ll work across multiple live opportunities, supporting Bid Managers and ensuring the smooth coordination of all bid activity. This is a fast&8209;paced, high&8209;profile role offering exposure across the business and the opportunity to develop your bid expertise. This will entail: Bid Coordination & Governance- coordinating the end&8209;to&8209;end bid activity from kick&8209;off through to submission, tracking progress and escalating risks early. Content & Document Management- completing surveys and questionnaires and supporting the compilation of RFP content. You will collate and format responses using content libraries and coordinate graphic design input Team & Project Support- Contribute to team initiatives and own specific project deliverables, ensuring quality and timely delivery. Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships. A proactive mindset and confidence to call out risks to delivery. Enthusiasm to grow, learn and contribute to team success. And any experience of these would be great: Familiarity with Qvidian and MSD platforms. 1 to 2 years of experience in bid coordination or bid management. Knowledge of workplace savings or pensions.
